Baladin is an Italian brewery founded in 1996 in Piozzo in the province of Cuneo by master brewer Teo Musso
IPPA 33cl – 5.5% ABV
A bright amber colored beer with white foam. On the nose, clear citrus notes of mandarin combined with hints of melon and mango. In the mouth, the particular reinterpretation of the classic English IPAs is evident, where the yeast strain selected and grown in the brewery determines the absolutely Baladin imprint. A surprisingly drinkable beer that leaves the mouth clean and satisfied, thanks to its balanced bitterness and the harmony between the hops used.
Nazionale 33cl – 6.5% ABV
A beer with an intense yellow color, with a very delicate haze and a fine white foam of good persistence. It has a nice balance with the moderate bitterness of Italian hops, harvested from the company’s own hop fields and grown directly by Birrificio Baladin. A clean and drinkable beer that certainly satisfies the palate of those who want to drink well
Botanic 33cl – Alcohol-free – <0% ABV
Opalescent straw yellow in color. White, light and evanescent foam. Intense hints of cereal with elegant notes of bread crust accompanied by aromas of Cannabis sativa. When tasted, the clean body surprises with its freshness and balsamic notes that persist for a long time. The pleasant bitterness evident on the finish of the gentian root and the fresh and persistent balsamic note leave the mouth clean and make the beer pleasant to drink
